KCWC: Day 2

Boy clothing is tough.
Really tough.
Every once in a while...
I find something great.
Today was one of those days!
Browsing the flickr group, I found this.

And fell in love.
Got out my sewing machine,
and got to work.
Less than an hour later,

I had a handsome drooly boy
modeling a great boy shirt.

My favorite features are the cuff sleeves and the band at the bottom.
I slightly modified the LBB Sienna dress pattern for the shirt. Another one of my favorite go-to patterns, I am happy it will work for a boy too!

  2. That looks great. You must be a speedster on the machine, I'd have barely gotten the fabric cut out in that time, lol.

  3. Oh my gosh! I love this! It's great when you find that perfect "boy" outfit that is simple and cute without words or cartoons or skulls on it!
